IT Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support project delivery by completing project milestones and deliverables

• Perform hardware and software installations for turnkey solutions

• Prepare and execute Statements of Work (SOW)

• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution

• Participate in System Acceptance Testing (SAT) with vendors and customers

• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise

• Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation

• Document and explain network topologies, diagrams, and system layouts
  Prepare standard documentation, including SOW, system handover documents, and inventory lists

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

• Engineer: Less than 2 years of relevant experience in implementation and system maintenance

• Senior Engineer: More than 2 years of relevant experience in implementation and system maintenance

• Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team player

Technical Skill Sets

Essential:

• Operating Systems: Linux - CentOS, SUSE

• Networking: Dell, Cisco

• Firewall: Fortinet

• Big Data Technologies: Hadoop (HDFS, ZooKeeper), Cloudera, Hue, Apache, Elasticsearch

• Knowledge of Fiber-Optic transmission devices
