Key Responsibilities:
- Support project delivery by completing project milestones and deliverables
- Perform hardware and software installations for turnkey solutions
- Prepare and execute Statements of Work (SOW)
- Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution
- Participate in System Acceptance Testing (SAT) with vendors and customers
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation
- Document and explain network topologies, diagrams, and system layouts
- Prepare standard documentation, including SOW, system handover documents, and inventory lists
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Engineer: Less than 2 years of relevant experience in implementation and system maintenance
- Senior Engineer: More than 2 years of relevant experience in implementation and system maintenance
Essential Skillsets:
- Operating Systems: Linux - CentOS, SUSE
- Networking: Dell, Cisco
- Firewall: Fortinet
- Big Data Technologies: Hadoop (HDFS, ZooKeeper), Cloudera, Hue, Apache, Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of Fiber-Optic transmission devices
- Virtualization technologies is an added advantage
