Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders to gather business requirements, operational needs, and project objectives
- Plan and manage project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, automation engineers, QA, and operations
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
- Lead user training sessions and oversee UAT, SIT, and go-live support
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and client presentations
- Facilitate client meetings and provide advisory on WMS and healthcare automation solutions
- Support post-implementation activities, including handover and user training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Min 2 years of experience in project management or consulting
- Strong capabilities in project planning, execution, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in documentation, reporting, and presentation
