Job Description / Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1st level application support for outlet front-line sales staff & HQ users.
2. Setup & configure application for new outlets
3. Administer MySQL databases including backups & patching of error data.
4. Support end-users in running reports, including Excel reports with macros containing SQL queries
5. Analyse and determine business requirements by studying business functions and gathering user requirements
6. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT systems
7. Identify IT solutions to enable new business capabilities
8. Recommend improvements to existing business/system workflows and processes
Requirements:
1. At least Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years operational support work experience
3. Proficient with MySQL databases including backups & replication
4. Skilled in writing complex SQL queries
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office
6. Good communication & Inter-personal skills
