We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to act as the operational bridge between Radiology clinical services and IT systems. This role ensures technology solutions are aligned with clinical workflows, supports service delivery, and drives efficiency across radiology operations. You will manage informatics initiatives, including AI platforms, imaging technologies, and digital systems, while coordinating with Radiology, IT, and Informatics teams to enable secure, scalable, and effective system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of Radiology IT projects, including AI technologies, 3D imaging, 3D printing, and other emerging platforms.
- Track and manage compliance for medical devices and operational technologies, including IT deviations and system renewals.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts for Radiology IT systems, ensuring timely renewals or terminations.
- Assist with process change requests, system requests, and user acceptance testing for electronic medical records systems.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and troubleshooting sessions with IT and Radiology Informatics teams.
- Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials to enhance staff competency.
- Support budgeting and procurement for Radiology IT projects and systems.
- Manage and optimize referral processes within the cluster.
- Oversee equipment leasing arrangements and coordinate outsourcing of services as needed.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement in departmental processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements based on insights.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business IT, Information Technology, Diagnostic Radiography, Health Informatics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, vendor relations, IT, or project management healthcare experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of IT and network systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in teams.
- Flexible working hours some duties may require work outside office hours.
