We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Executiveto oversee all aspects of our company's information technology and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive IT support across our multiple sites, with a particular focus on ensuring the seamless operation of systems critical to our manufacturing processes. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Administer,maintain, and support the entire network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
- Manage and troubleshoot virtual environments, primarily using VMware.
- Ensure the security and reliability of all hardware, software, and IT systems
Manufacturing Systems Support:
- Provide system administration and first-level support for ERP systems like Infor Syteline, Odoo, or other factory-specific applications (e.g., MES).
- Support and maintain specialized systems such as CCTV, VoIP phones, and door ccess systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the integration of IT with manufacturing equipment andproduction lines.
Helpdesk & User Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related helpdesk inquiries.
- Provide hands-on and remote support for hardware, software, and application issues.
- Manage email configurations and troubleshoot issues for platforms like Outlook and Teams.
Security & Maintenance:
- Plan and implement regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Develop and execute a robust plan for Windows patching and updates to minimize operational downtime.
- Enforce and maintain network security policies to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Vendor & Project Management:
- Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement of IT equipment and services.
- Overseethe implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on tim and within budget.
- Propose, develop, and document IT policies, processes, and procedures.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all IT systems, network configurations, and asset inventory.
- Prepare and present reports on IT system performance, security incidents, and project progress to management.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a related IT support or systems administration role, preferably within the manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with MS Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of IT networking principles (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, etc.).
- Experience with VMware, Active Directory, and firewall management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems knowledge of Infor Syteline is a significant advantage.
