IT On-site Support

Requirements

. A recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field

. Certifications in CompTIA IT Fundamentals, CompTIA A+ and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are preferred

. Minimum 1+ years of working experience in Technical Support role

. Experienced with supporting Microsoft O365, Azure environment,

. Pleasant disposition and ability to listen and interact with end-users to resolve technical challenges

. A problem solver for user's issues and to resolve them in a timely manner

. Possess the spirit of continuous learning and ability to work under pressure and tight timeline

. Fluent in English and written communication

Main Duties and Responsibilities

. Adhere and enforce standard IT policy and processes

. Day to day IT helpdesk operation (1st level) to support user's problem ticket and requests

. Liaising with Day 2 Managed Service Provider for 2nd level helpdesk operation

. Learn and support all other software platforms in the environment.

. Maintain documentation for IT helpdesk operations

. Provide support for all IT assets/AV accessories and equipment/Printers

. Prepare and conduct IT onboarding and offboarding of employee accounts, laptops and accessories

. Coordinating with vendors on repairs and replacement of faulty parts

. Perform IT setup of Townhall session and high-level meeting session

. Conduct backup and restore when necessary

. Tracking and recording of IT assets & software inventories

. Assist in power shutdown events

. Track payments, preparation and submission of IT payment vouchers

. Assist in department initiatives when required
