Role:
The IT Senior Manager will support the head of IT on the Information Technology's Hybrid (Cloud and On-Premise) Infrastructure & Enterprise Architecture function. This role is accountable for delivering a secure, scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled technology ecosystem supporting business growth, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization.
Responsibilities:
IT Strategy
- Manage the IT strategy, aligned with business growth and digital innovation objectives
- Execute the IT operating model, organizational structure, and skills roadmap across all technology domains
- Provide advisory to multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on capability building and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive change management, digital adoption, and user experience improvements across all business units
Enterprise Architecture & Systems Integration
- Manage the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure and ensure successful integration with SAP, warehouse, IoT and various supply chain systems
- Oversee enterprise architecture design, ensuring system interoperability, efficiency, and scalability
Data & AI Governance
- Establish data governance, quality, and security standards, ensuring consistent, accurate, and reliable data for decision-making
- Standardize dashboards across platforms, markets, dashboards, and reports
- Oversee AI governance, including responsible use of GenAI, prompt engineering guidelines, security protocols, and adoption of tools like Microsoft Power Platform
Infrastructure & Compliance
- Ensure high uptime across all mission-critical systems (WMS, IT/OT Applications)
- Strengthen cybersecurity posture by embedding secure-by-design principles into development and infrastructure processes
- Manage network, systems, and application resiliency programs, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Improve IT helpdesk productivity through AI-based support tools
Software Development & Engineering
- Collaborate with the in-house development of Solution Architects and integration platforms
- Promote open-source adoption, code quality standards, DevOps practices, and performance engineering
- Ensure consistent development methodologies, documentations, and secure coding standards across teams
Project Management
- Oversee strategic IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and scope
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing, including SAP, WMS, cloud/SaaS providers, and Infrastructure partners
- Drive cost optimization across hardware, software, cloud usage, and professional services
- Ensure IT investments generate measurable ROI and support prioritized business outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of IT experience
- Hands-on technical knowledge in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity
- Hands on experience on Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS etc)
- Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce, or consumer-facing environments is an advantage
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and like to hands on experimentation of emerging technology
- Singapore citizens/singaporean
