IT Manager

Brief Summary

We are looking for a proactive IT Manager to oversee IT operations, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the security and reliability of systems while enhancing overall efficiency. This role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders and vendors on technology projects.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the IT department.
2. Implement, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise applications to ensure system stability, performance, and security.
3. Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, including office relocations, renovations, and system upgrades.
4. Administer IT assets and ensure compliance with organizational security standards and policies.
5. Develop, implement, and maintain IT security frameworks, while proactively managing cybersecurity risks.
6. Monitor and manage application integrations, ensuring accurate data synchronization across systems.
7. Provide end-user application support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems when required.
8. Design, develop, and maintain software solutions and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and business processes.
9. Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance, reliability, and connectivity.
10. Lead IT project planning and execution, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
11. Act as the primary liaison between users, IT teams, and vendors, including managing vendor performance and contracts.
12. Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
13. Deliver responsive technical support and shared IT services to meet the needs of internal users.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2. Min 5 years of relevant experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
3. Strong working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft 365 administration, and network management.
4. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or VB.NET/C#.
5. Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and project delivery.
6. Hands-on experience with enterprise applications and business intelligence platforms.
