Brief Summary:
Join a leading organization as the Head of Department for Information Technology, where you will spearhead IT strategy and drive digital transformation across multiple sites. Responsibilities:
- Define and implement IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and regional directives.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and security protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the IT infrastructure and management of business applications across all offices and project sites to ensure high availability and security.
- Lead the IT setup for new project sites, managing network, hardware, and software deployment, while monitoring project timelines and budgets.
- Manage and develop both outsourced and permanent IT teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans, conducting regular audits and assessments.
- Collaborate with senior management and project teams to align IT initiatives with business needs, providing insights on emerging technologies and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, business applications, governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated team management experience.
- Familiarity with construction or project-based environments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
