Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager / Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the organization's IT systems, including servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud platforms.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all IT systems.

• Oversee system upgrades, patch management, and infrastructure improvements.

Network & Systems Administration

• Monitor and manage LAN/WAN networks, VPN, firewalls, and enterprise network systems.

• Manage virtualization platforms and enterprise storage solutions.

• Ensure effective monitoring and performance optimization of infrastructure systems.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Implement and maintain IT security policies and best practices.

• Manage firewalls, endpoint security, access control, and threat monitoring systems.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement security improvements.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies.

• Ensure data backup systems are functioning effectively and tested regularly.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor IT infrastructure engineers and support staff.

• Manage team performance, workload distribution, and professional development.

Vendor & Project Management

• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

• Lead IT infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, cloud migration, and network expansion.

IT Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation of infrastructure architecture and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 5-10 years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Windows and Linux server environments

  • Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)

  • Virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)

  • Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud)

• Experience in IT security and disaster recovery planning.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, or AWS certification are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure in a regional or multinational environment.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

• Ability to align IT infrastructure with business strategy and operational needs.
