The IT Manager is responsible for the seamless running of computer systems within the limits of the Company's requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. They will oversee and manage the implementation and maintenance of the Company's computing needs.
What You Can Expect Of The Job
- You'll identify, develop, and implement IT strategies and solutions to achieve business objectives according to Company IT security policies.
- You'll ensure that the network is stable, secure, and running with minimum downtown.
- You'll implement effective backup strategies for data preservation and disaster recovery and to understand and be able to support and enhance legacy systems.
- You'll act as the ISO Management Representative as well as the Personal Data Security Officer.
- You'll manage a team of IT administrators, including providing training and support to staff.
- You'll manage operations of network and server infrastructure.
- You'll oversee vulnerability and threat management, including potential risk identification.
- You'll implement effective patch management to reduce risk.
- You'll ensure adequate data backup and recovery and the security of our network infrastructure.
- You'll manage IT budget and forecast.
- Any other duties as assigned.
What We Expect Of You
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of industry computer and hardware system.
- Relevant experience with the testing and troubleshooting of IT systems, disaster recovery.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and may require working overtime if situation dictates.
- Will be required to attend/support meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and company functions.
