Senior IT Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead and oversee IT operations across our international subsidiaries. Reporting to the Group CFO and based in Singapore, this role is responsible for overseeing IT governance, ERP implementation, and infrastructure management, while partnering closely with Group IT, internal business and finance stakeholders, and external IT vendors to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT operations across international subsidiaries, covering business applications, infrastructure, network architecture, data security, etc.
• Optimize asset and vendor lifecycle processes to support business expansion.
• Partner closely with Group IT and local stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business needs.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of ERP implementation projects and data integration to ensure project delivery and issue resolution.
• Establish and implement robust IT governance frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across international subsidiaries.
• Develop operational standards, identity and access management (IAM) policies, data governance protocols, and disaster recovery strategies in compliance with local regulatory requirements and Group IT governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of corporate IT management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the IT landscapes and frameworks across Southeast Asia, Japan, and other international markets.
• Proven track record in building and managing multi-country IT infrastructure.
• Proficient in SAP system implementation.
