IT Manager - Singapore

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that support business objectives and security requirements.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of network and server infrastructure.
• Manage data backup, disaster recovery, patching, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Serve as the ISO Management Representative and Personal Data Protection Officer.
• Lead and support the IT team, providing guidance and training where required.
• Monitor IT operations, manage budgets, and oversee risk and vulnerability management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role and experiencing leading 3-5 IT support executives
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in system troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and data protection practices is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible to support business needs outside regular working hours when required.
