Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key liaison between management and external stakeholders on industrial relations matters.
  • Foster positive employee relations and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Lead IT projects, system upgrades, software implementations, and process automation initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify technology solutions that support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations or Information Technology.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Experience managing IT infrastructure and business applications.
