About the Role
We are hiring a Senior IT Specialist to support day‑to‑day IT operations and play a hands‑on role in managing the firm's infrastructure, systems, and workplace technology. This role sits close to the business, supporting end users while also contributing to infrastructure reliability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for ensuring stable and secure IT operations, supporting cloud and on‑premise environments, and delivering practical solutions that improve efficiency, resilience, and compliance across the organisation. The role works closely with regional stakeholders and external vendors and offers exposure to IT projects within a professional investment environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support across hardware, software, and network environments, including installation, troubleshooting, user onboarding/offboarding, and system maintenance
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and core systems
• Manage and enhance business applications, including asset management, trading, and market research platforms
• Administer and support cloud services and workplace tools, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Support IT security initiatives, including access controls, risk monitoring, and participation in security reviews and audits
• Partner with regional teams to implement and deliver IT projects
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, processes, and user experience
• Oversee vendor management, IT asset procurement, asset lifecycle management, and software licensing
