Job Summary:
An experienced cybersecurity project manager to deliver secure IT projects, optimise execution, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical and project support across multiple cybersecurity initiatives
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and cost objectives are met
- Act as the primary escalation point to resolve complex client issues independently
- Define project objectives, deliverables, specifications, and success metrics in alignment with business goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address risks or delays proactively
- Prepare and present accurate project status reports to senior technical leadership
- Coordinate internal technical teams and manage external vendors and partners
- Approve project expenditures and administer vendor and contractor agreements
- Design and oversee testing activities to validate solution performance
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to drive timely project closure and meet professional services targets
- Negotiate timelines and scope adjustments with customers when project gaps or delays arise
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
- Escalate project risks and issues promptly to minimise impact on delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT cybersecurity project management
- Proven experience managing small to mid-sized IT solution projects
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, systems, and delivery processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, vendor contracts, and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to take ownership of projects and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
