IT Manager

• Lead and manage the IT team
• Execute IT policies manadated by regional IT team
• Render support for any IT-related matters
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee the maintenance and security of networks, servers, and enterprise systems
• Manage software and hardware procurement, licensing, and vendor relationships
• Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Support digital transformation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill their technology needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise software
• Proven experience with IT project management and vendor negotiations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
