IT Manager

Role Context

The current IT function is primarily focused on infrastructure management and technical support.

The objective of this role is to evolve IT into a strategic, innovation-driven function that actively contributes to business growth through technology.

Primary Objective

Transform the IT function into a key driver of technological innovation and business improvement, moving beyond a purely support-oriented role.

This role will work closely with both local and global teams, ensuring alignment with the company's broader technology strategy while driving regional innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technology function in Singapore, acting as the local IT and innovation leader
• Oversee and ensure the reliability of existing IT infrastructure
• Identify and drive opportunities to leverage technology across the business
• Champion and deliver technology-driven innovation projects
• Design and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and processes
• Promote and embed the use of AI, data tools, and automation across the organization
• Collaborate closely with the global technology organization to ensure alignment and scalability

Required Profile

• Proven experience as Head of IT, Technology Director, or similar senior leadership role
• Strong track record of applying technology to solve business challenges
• Experience leading transformational and innovation-driven technology initiatives
