Job Description

Systems Analyst (Microsoft & AI)

1. Requirements gathering: Meet with business users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements specifications for the systems.

2. System design: Work with vendors to evaluate the architecture and functionality of the systems.

3. System integration: Collaborate stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems, including data flow, interoperability, and performance optimization.

4. Application security: Implement and monitor security protocols for applications, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

5. Testing and validation: Develop test plans and test cases, and oversee the testing and validation of the systems.

6. Implementation and deployment: Coordinate the deployment of the systems across the projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are trained and comfortable with the new system.

7. User training: Deliver training and materials to educate users on system functionalities. Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.

8. User support: Provide ongoing support to users of the systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems as they arise.

9. System maintenance: Ensure that the systems is updated and maintained to meet the evolving needs of the projects.

10. Data analysis: Use data analysis tools to identify trends and patterns in the use of the systems, and make recommendations for improvements.

11. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the systems, including user manuals and training materials.

Desktop Engineer

DESKTOP management and support services (DESKTOP Support Services) for end-users End User Computing Devices (DESKTOP) which are used in the Customer's environment with the Customer's approval. The general scope of Desktop Support Services shall minimally include: (a) Image build management; (b) Administration and configuration; (c) End-user account management; (d) End-user device hardening and lockdown; (e) Trouble-shooting and problem resolution; and (f) End-user briefings & awareness service. Shall minimally support the following types of DESKTOP: (g) Desktops; (h) Notebooks; (i) Mobile Devices (e.g. iPad, iPhone or equivalent); (j) Video Conferencing Devices; (k) IP Telephones; (l) Printers, including multi-function devices (i.e. printers, scanners and fax devices); and (m) Other peripherals (e.g. external hard drives, mouse, smart-card readers, monitors, docking stations). Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Service Desk Engineer

Provide 1st Level IT Support, via Phone and Remote-Control tool, to manage users incidents and queries in a professional and timely manner. Able to work independently with minimum supervision during weekend or night shift. SECTION B: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS 1. Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner. 2. Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions. 3. Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level 4. Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded. 5. Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature. 6. Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status. 7. Ensure Email Backlogs are cleared before the following day start of business.
