IT Infrastructure Lead

A leading hospitality firm is seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Lead to join their high-performance tech team. This role focuses on architecting, implementing, and sustaining infrastructure solutions for the group.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of IT infrastructure business projects. You will be crucial in the design of network, voice, and security solutions and preparing technical documentation including solution proposals. The role also involves integrating infrastructure with 3rd party systems and applications. You will have close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is essential to ensure solutions meet both technical standards and business needs. You will support daily infrastructure operations across network, compute, storage, cloud, and security environments, and contribute to issue resolution and system reliability. You will also be participating in system reviews, identifying areas for improvement, managing vendor performance, and supporting compliance and security governance activities.

Requirements

You should hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation. You are expected to have strong technical expertise in networking technologies, particularly with Cisco Meraki. You should also have hands-on experience with systems such as PABX, IPTV, and CCTV. In addition, you are familiar with Microsoft Azure and have a solid understanding of security fundamentals, including firewall policies, access control, and vulnerability management.
