Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage PCs, including setup, migration, troubleshooting, and user support
- Maintain and operate network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless access points)
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure, including user account management and access rights
- Configure cloud services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint) and device management via Intune
- Coordinate initial troubleshooting and vendor liaison for internet, phone lines, LAN wiring, phone systems, web conferencing tools, CCTV, and door access systems
- Assign tasks and manage team operations, including handling escalations and leave management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Microsoft 365 administration is an added advantage
- Experience in network configuration and management is an added advantage
- Team management experience is an added advantage
- Business-level English proficiency is an added advantage
