The Role
We are seeking motivated IT Network & System Engineers to support and deliver enterprise infrastructures for our external clients.
In this role, you will deploy, configure, and secure network and system environments, contributing to projects where performance, scalability, and security are paramount.
This role is ideal for engineers with a solid foundation in networking/systems and an interest in cybersecurity practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network and server infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, servers).
- Monitor and optimize network performance troubleshoot incidents to ensure system reliability.
- Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Apply cybersecurity measures such as OS/network hardening, patching, and baseline controls.
- Perform system upgrades and routine maintenance to enhance security and performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions aligned with SLAs and compliance requirements.
- Support system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (network diagrams, system configs, guides).
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in IT/network/system engineering.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, OS administration.
- Hands-on experience with secure network design, server administration, and hardening.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles (IDS/IPS exposure a plus).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Security+) highly desirable.
