Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, IP networks, backups, and system monitoring.
- Implement, configure, and support cloud services such as Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, Intune, Exchange Online, and related SaaS solutions.
- Administer Fortinet Firewalls, VPNs, and Secure SD-WAN assist with hardware, software, and application setup while ensuring security compliance.
- Support user account management, onboarding/offboarding, and access rights administration.
- Provide first-level IT support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and web applications (some travel may be required).
- Assist in IT procurement, asset tracking, licensing management, and new centre IT setups.
- Monitor IT systems, support audits, and resolve post-implementation project issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT infrastructure administration or service desk support (on-premise and/or cloud).
- Hands-on experience with cloud services, virtual environments, networking systems, firewalls, and routing protocols.
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Office 365, Exchange Services, and endpoint management.
- Certifications in ITIL and/or Cybersecurity are advantageous.
- Willingness to work outside normal hours for maintenance or IT support when required.
