Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, email, or onsite for security systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues promptly.
Maintain strong product and application knowledge to deliver effective client solutions.
Conduct in-house product testing and perform quality checks.
Provide software training to clients after installation.
Ensure smooth project presentation and handover.
Identify, recommend, and procure products to improve efficiency.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of IT/network experience knowledge in CCTV or Biometric Access Systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Familiarity with leading security and networking brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, TP-Link, ZKTeco, and similar systems used in CCTV and access control.
Strong understanding of networking, IP configurations, and system integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
