Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineer to provide onsite technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite technical support to end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly
- Troubleshoot and diagnose IT device and network connectivity problems to restore user productivity
- Support and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, handheld computers), printers, label printers, copiers, and barcode/QR scanners
- Install, configure, and deploy new IT equipment and systems to meet organizational needs
- Support workplace devices including monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, audio-visual equipment, digital signage, display panels, and public address systems
- Provide basic support for network connectivity, servers, and IT infrastructure to ensure reliable system access
- Assist users with system access and connectivity issues to minimize downtime
- Manage the IT asset lifecycle by tracking inventory, coordinating repairs, and overseeing equipment disposal
- Support IT procurement processes and coordinate equipment deployment efficiently
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and knowledge base articles to support IT operations and user self-service
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or end-user support
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for IT devices and network connectivity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments
- Exposure to GMP or regulated environments
