A growing technology-driven organization is seeking a capable IT Engineer with strong Lark system expertise to support and enhance its internal IT environment.
This role combines IT infrastructure support, Lark workspace administration, and workflow automation development, making it suitable for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical operations and building efficient digital systems.
You will play a key role in ensuring stable IT operations while driving automation and process improvement through Lark-based solutions across business functions.
Manage daily IT operations across departments and office locations
Ensure system stability, uptime, and timely resolution of technical issues
Support IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, and backup systems
Handle user accounts, access control, and software licensing
Maintain IT asset inventory, configurations, and documentation
Administer and maintain the Lark workspace environment (messaging, calendar, cloud storage, documents, and collaboration tools)
Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and access rights configuration
Ensure system health, platform stability, and smooth daily operation of Lark services
Provide Tier 1/2 support related to Lark usage and technical issues
Design and implement Lark approval workflows and automation processes across HR, finance, procurement, and operations
Develop and maintain Lark bots and integrations using Lark Open Platform APIs
Translate business requirements into practical Lark-based automation solutions
Improve operational efficiency through digital workflow design and optimization
Support adoption of Lark tools through training and user guidance
Coordinate with external vendors on IT projects, system upgrades, and maintenance
Support infrastructure rollout, testing, and implementation activities
Liaise with suppliers for equipment delivery, setup, and technical resolution
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support / systems experience
Mandatory: Hands-on experience as a Lark workspace administrator
Proven experience in:
Lark user management and access control
Building Lark approval workflows and automation processes
Lark Open Platform API usage (basic scripting in Python or JavaScript preferred)
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system operations
Experience working in multi-department or multinational environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, structured, and responsible in execution
Willingness to travel when required
