Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Helpdesk support to end user ie. laptop, desktop, printers, internet connection
- Maintain and monitor computer systems, servers (virtual and premise machines), networks and IT assets list.
- Maintain and update user in Active Directory
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
- Manage and monitor service contracts with vendors.
- Cybersecurity - crowdstrike, Secpod, Fortigate
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Tertiary education in the fields of Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Desktop/Helpdesk support / Infrastructure / network
- Candidate with experience in Programming, ERP or SAP implementation will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and possess a good working attitude.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and well organized with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting/changing priorities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
