Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Engineer to support our IT infrastructure and assist with day-to-day technical operations. Candidates are expected to have hands-on experience in systems, networks, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals
- Assist in setting up and maintaining networks (LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues
- Support software installations, updates, and patches
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory records
- Assist senior IT staff with projects and system upgrades
- Follow IT security policies and report potential risks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux)
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addresses, routers, switches)
- Knowledge in software applications and troubleshooting
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies
