Job Description

. Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese to liaise with Japan based clients
. Experience in Windows Client Provisioning & end user computing support
. Understanding Microsoft 365
. Experience of managing operating systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server.
. Experience in managing VMWare Infrastructure
. Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
. Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, VPN)
. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
