Drive cloud adoption, system modernization, automation, and process optimization.
Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
Ensure robust cybersecurity posture, data protection, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage IT risk, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
Oversee security policies, audits, and incident response.
Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
Select, negotiate, and manage vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers.
Oversee software licensing, contracts, and renewals.
Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.
Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions.
Communicate IT performance, risks, and roadmaps to stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
(Master's degree preferred).
10-15+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in IT leadership/management.
Strong experience in enterprise IT environments (cloud, infrastructure, applications).
Proven track record managing large-scale IT initiatives and transformation programs.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday).
ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, or relevant certifications.
Experience managing regional or global IT teams.
Strong commercial acumen and vendor negotiation skills.
