Job Summary:
Customer-focused IT professional to deliver end-user support, maintain IT operations, and ensure reliable technology services.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Maintain and support Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
- Manage Identity and Access Management activities within Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Support network connectivity, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN environments.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve hardware-related faults and replacements.
- Perform software installation, upgrades, and system configuration.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with regional technical teams to maintain stable IT operations and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate environment.
- Experience providing onsite end-user technical support.
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Azure is an added advantage.
- Experience with AWS is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking concepts is an added advantage.
