Duration: 12 months renewable contract
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to understand business needs, define requirements, and develop user stories and use cases.
- Lead or facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user manuals, and training materials.
- Develop data flow diagrams, business process models, and system integration diagrams to effectively communicate requirements to technical teams.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication, alignment on objectives, and successful project delivery.
- Design and perform test scenarios, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting and tracking results and issues.
- Identify and propose process automation and enhancements to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.
- Provide training to end-users on new systems, processes, reports, and dashboards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT software development environments.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated expertise in project documentation, stakeholder management, and requirements elicitation.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
