In this regional role, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders across multiple markets to shape IT strategy, drive business process transformation, strengthen technology governance, and support enterprise-wide digital initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to influence strategic technology decisions while delivering impactful transformation programmes across the region.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT strategy, IT planning, business analysis, business process re-engineering (BPR), digital transformation, or related functions, within an IT department or technology function.
- Prior experience within the insurance industry is essential, with a good understanding of insurance business processes and technology landscape.
- Proven track record of planning and leading business transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled initiatives across multiple departments, preferably within a regional or multi-country environment.
- Strong experience in business process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify process gaps, drive re-engineering initiatives, and implement practical solutions.
- Experience engaging senior business and IT stakeholders and translating business objectives into strategic initiatives.
- Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or other digital technologies applied to business transformation will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced regional environment.
- Willingness to travel when required.
