IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business needs analysis and engage stakeholders to uncover challenges and opportunities.
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies to design innovative, user-centric solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear and testable user stories, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Develop and maintain thorough documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and UAT plans.
• Identify and recommend process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to design viable IT solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Support UAT and post-deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
