- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department to gather and analyse business requirements related to financial accounting systems.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial accounting systems to ensure they meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using financial accounting systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize system functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to financial accounting systems.
- S4HANA: Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA brownfield migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA
- NetSuite: Implement and optimize business processes within NetSuite to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on financial accounting systems.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in leading projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, system design, and implementation.
