In this role, you will be reporting to the AsiaIT Business Partner to support IT initiatives and to address business needs.Collaborating closely with various stakeholders such as business users, ITDteams and external vendors, you will be responsible for quality requirementgathering, documentation, testing and supporting IT solutions delivered.

We are looking for an excellent communicator,meticulous and analytical professional with experience in business analysis,application analysis/maintenance and projects.

MainResponsibilities:

. Collaborate with business stakeholders on business andnon-functional requirements to ensure they are well gathered and documented,translate to specifications.

. Perform analysis (data, business process mapping,system flows), business case and functional documentation, and facilitateworkshops on requirement discussions/gathering.

. Perform technical reviews, test scenario creation andreviews, testing and support deployment for IT projects

. Lead discussion with ITD and/or vendors to identifyappropriate IT solutions, establish scope and timeline, and monitor thedeliverables are achieved on time and with quality

. Proactive communications and status update to businessstakeholders, and ITD management.

. Ensure effective solution/application support tobusiness users and issue resolution within agreed service level by working withthe respective ITD/vendor teams. Provide link between end users and developmentteam regarding software functionality.

. Support Project Team to manage vendors to deliverapplication evolutions, maintenance and support tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/InformationSystems, or related field.

. At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterpriseor regional application management, including application maintenance,enhancements, and project delivery.

. Professional certifications such as CBAP, ScrumMaster, PMP, or ITIL are an advantage.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with fluency in English.

. Strong understanding of the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) and enterprise application architecture, including application,infrastructure, integration, and security components.

. Experience with enterprise business applications suchas ERP, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Billing, or CRM systems.

. Experience in the HR or Recruitment industry would bean advantage.
