Business Analyst/ Implementation Specialist (IT)

AiS APAC Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/ Implementation Specialist to expand our RFID and enterprise technology business in Bangalore, Vijayawada, and Mumbai. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, conduct site surveys, and drive sales engagements. This position is work-from-home, but it requires extensive travel to customer locations for meetings, demonstrations, and project follow-ups.

Roles and Responsibilities

AiS APAC Business Analyst/ Implementation Specialist works both as an individual and in groups in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with rapidly developing life cycles. They are required to have strong written and verbal communication skills and regularly collaborate with other team members, project managers, and clients.  Key roles for the AiS APAC Business Analyst/ Implementation Specialist include but are not limited to:

Technical Solution Consulting & Sales Support

Collaborate with and support the Sales Team during the sales cycle.

·       Participate in site surveys and feasibility studies

·       Conduct requirement gathering and solution scoping

·       Analyze customer environments, particularly as it relates to IIoT and AiS APAC-supported technologies

·       Participate in client meetings, demos, and client strategy sessions

·       Prepare and present client Concept Documents and Solution Proposals

Business & Process Workflow Requirement Analysis

Conduct AiS APAC Discovery Workshop for detailed operational requirements gathering with clients and internal stakeholders and develop the client's Business Requirements Document (BRD), Site Survey Report (SSR), Solution Configuration Document (SCD), and Solution Integration Document (SID).

·       Understand the client's operational workflows such as inventory, warehouse management, asset tracking, production, retail operations, and logistics

Solution Implementation & Support

Business Analyst will be a leading member of the Implementation and may conduct several of these activities and produce these deliverables.

·       Participate in and support the successful implementation and delivery of the purchased AiS APAC Solution

·       Participate in the assembly and configuration of the solution's various technologies and components

·       Assist in defining APIs, data flows, and reporting requirements

·       Work with AiS APAC teams for integration of ProcessLinQ® Solution with Client's 3rd party systems

·       Validate ProcessLinQ® Solution with business workflows and reporting accuracy

·       Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

·       Support User Training

·       Support Solution Deployment and Go-live

·       Provide Solution post-Go-live support

Development Support

·       Design, define, and coordinate with AiS APAC or its vendor for requirements, implementation, and testing of any new technologies/capabilities required to meet the client's operational needs

General Requirements

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills

·       Travel to customer sites may be required in connection with requirements gathering, implementation, and support activities

·       Participate in and ensure high-quality deliverables to AiS APAC clients

· Adhere to project timelines and deliverable milestones, and communicate any challenges, delays, or risks/issues promptly
