Job Description
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain user devices, applications, and accounts.
- Troubleshoot and repair computers, peripherals, and connectivity problems.
- Implement IT security measures, backups, and data recovery.
- Support mobile and remote users with setup and troubleshooting.
- Manage IT assets, licenses, and vendor coordination.
- Create documentation, train users, and promote IT best practices.
- Ensure compliance and drive improvements in IT support processes.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Knowledge of operating systems, office applications, and basic networking.
- Skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT security, backups, and user account management.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
