Responsibilities:
To help and assist in tracking the clean laptop counts.
To help and assist in scheduling appointments for various activities.
To keep track of the asset inventory in the storeroom.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned in relation to the administration support.
Requirement: Basic knowledge in using ITSM tool will be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills in both oral and written.
Basic technical skills in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) will be an added advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in similar job capacity.
