Key Responsibilities

  • Submit and track IT service requests via ITSM tools on behalf of support teams or clients, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Monitor and update records of clean laptops and other IT devices available for deployment.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for IT-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets in the storeroom.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks to support overall IT operations.
