Investor Services – Senior Associate, Fund Services (Singapore)

An international fund services provider is looking for a Senior Associate - Investor Services to join its Singapore team.

Supporting a portfolio of Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients, you will manage day-to-day investor servicing activities across subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, investor records and KYC/AML requirements, while working directly with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Investor Services support for a portfolio of Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients.
• Process and confirm subscriptions, redemptions and investor transfers.
• Maintain shareholder registers and perform Transfer Agency activities.
• Conduct investor due diligence, including KYC and AML checks.
• Maintain accurate investor records and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate investor reporting and related services.
• Act as a point of contact for client enquiries and day-to-day servicing requests.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within Financial Services.
• Experience in Investor Services, Transfer Agency or Fund Services is preferred.
• Exposure to Hedge Funds, Private Equity or alternative investment funds.
• Familiarity with subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and investor onboarding processes.
• Understanding of KYC and AML requirements within financial services.
• Strong communication and client servicing skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
