- Perm
- At least 5 years of investor relations / corporate communication experience.
- Strong writing skills and preferably done Annual Reports in a listed Company. Annual reports (must have), sustainability reports (good to have).
- Must be able to write and speak in both English and Mandarin to produce materials in both languages in support of investor relations activities and to communicate with Chinese and English speaking invesors.
Support the Investor Relations and Sustainability department in fostering communication between corporate management and investors, with a strong focus on sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
Reporting and Disclosures
- Assist in developing the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
- Monitor and report sustainability performance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Engage with ESG analysts and rating agencies, providing necessary disclosures.
Investor Relations Materials:
- Prepare press releases, announcements, presentations, and website content.
- Conduct research and analysis on REITs and the real estate industry.
- Plan and execute investor and analyst events (e.g., AGMs, roadshows, and conferences).
Management Support
- Develop scripts and FAQs for senior management for key events (AGMs, EGMs, and quarterly results).
- Provide daily market updates through news scans.
Website Management
- Maintain and upload announcements to the company's website.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree insustainability, communications, business, or related fields.
- At least5 years of relevant experiencein investor relations or sustainability.
- Proficient inEnglish and Chinese(written and spoken) to support bilingual communication and materials.
- Excellent knowledge ofMS Office applications(PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with thereal estate industry, sustainability reporting, or finance/accounting is a plus.
- Resourceful, analytical, meticulous, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to take theCMFAS licence.
