Responsibilities

• Support the creation of the Annual and Sustainability Reports.
• Monitor and report on the company's sustainability performance, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
• Engage with ESG analysts, rating agencies, and manage disclosures.
• Develop and produce investor relations materials such as press releases, presentations, and website content.
• Plan and execute key investor events, including AGMs and conferences.
• Prepare scripts and FAQs for senior management ahead of important events.
• Conduct daily news scans and provide market updates.
• Maintain and upload company announcements to the website.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Sustainability, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including investor relations and corporate communications.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and sustainability/finance is a plus.
• Resourceful, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
