The Role
The position sits within the Investor Relations department of a private equity firm in Singapore. The role is full-time and focused on LP-facing activities typical of a private equity IR function.
Likely Focus
- Managing communication with existing and prospective limited partners
- Preparing investor reporting materials, including quarterly and annual updates
- Supporting fundraising processes and capital formation activities
- Coordinating investor due diligence requests and data room management
- Maintaining the investor database and tracking LP interactions
- Drafting presentations, pitchbooks, and fund marketing materials
Expected Profile
- Background in investor relations, fund marketing, or a related finance function
- Prior exposure to private equity, asset management, or alternative investments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable producing polished materials for institutional investor audiences
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Based in or able to relocate to Singapore
