Investor Relations Associate, Venture Capital Fund (Singapore)

Our client is a multi-billion venture capital firm with a strong track record in the region. As business continues to grow, they are looking for an Investor Relations professional to join their team in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Work as a team to develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors
• Support the investor relations team in preparing presentations, pitch decks, investor updates, marketing materials etc.
• Liaise with different departments such as finance team and investment team to gather investment data and information for investor reporting etc
• Work as a team to liaise with investors to provide them fund performance updates and answer their enquires
• Assist in organizing fundraising events and investor activities such as roadshows, conferences and seminars, investor meetings etc
• Maintain the investor relations database and documents
• Keep track on the market on industry trends and investor profiles etc
• Collaborate with other teams to conduct due diligence on investors and onboarding
• Other ad-hoc duties related to investor services

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business Management or other disciplines
• At least 2 to 4+ years of Investor Relations in Venture Capital / Private Equity industry
• Open to candidates from big 4 audit / accounting firm, investor services
• Good understanding of Venture Capital / Private Equity industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills, motivated and detailed-oriented
• Good analytical skills and learning attitude, positive and collaborative
