Associate, Portfolio Reporting & Monitoring, Venture Capital Fund (Singapore) (CLOSED)

Our client is a venture capital fund that invests in Southeast Asia markets. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an Associate, Portfolio Reporting and Monitoring and the role is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and provide periodic updates
• Liaise with other colleagues to prepare reporting and updates on the portfolio companies
• Monitor pre and post investment conditions on the portfolio companies
• Identify financial and operational issues of the portfolio companies and work with other teams on the areas of enhancement
• Support review and update on valuation and financial models of portfolio companies
• Maintain the database of portfolio management system
• Ensure the accuracy of the database and support the continuous improvement of the system
• Assist in investor reporting
• Other ad-hoc duties related to portfolio reporting and monitoring

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or other qualification
• At least 2 to 6 years of Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting experience
• Experience in Fund / Asset Management industry is an advantage
• Detailed-oriented, motivated, good organizational and coordination skills
