Job Description

An established Asia-based alternative investment manager is looking to hire an experienced Investor Relations / Fundraising professional to support the firm's next phase of growth.

The successful candidate will lead capital raising initiatives for private credit strategies, focusing on institutional investors, family offices, and other professional investors across key Asian markets.

This is an opportunity to join a lean investment platform where you will work closely with senior leadership and play a meaningful role in both fundraising and investor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support fundraising initiatives for private credit investment strategies.
  • Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private banks, and other professional investors.
  • Identify and cultivate new investor opportunities while maintaining existing LP relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver fundraising materials, investor presentations, and due diligence documentation.
  • Manage the end-to-end fundraising process, including investor engagement, due diligence, onboarding, subscription, and fund closing.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on legal, compliance, and operational matters relating to fundraising.
  • Support investment committee processes through preparation of investment materials and participation in discussions where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the investment team on strategic fundraising initiatives and market positioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Institutional Sales, or Capital Raising within alternative investments.
  • Experience covering Private Credit, Private Equity, Private Markets, or other alternative asset classes.
  • Demonstrated track record of raising capital from institutional investors, family offices, private banks, or similar investor channels.
  • Existing investor network within Singapore and/or the broader Asia-Pacific region would be advantageous.
  • Strong relationship management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a lean, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple fundraising processes simultaneously and work effectively under tight timelines.
  • Singapore-based or willing to relocate, with the ability to work in Singapore.
