About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investment Manager to join our private equity investment team. This role is responsible for deal origination, due diligence, portfolio management, and exit strategies for high-value investments across Asia. The ideal candidate will have a background in private equity, investment banking, or asset management, with expertise in financial modelling and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities:
Investment & Deal Sourcing:
- Identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities across various industries in Asia.
- Lead negotiations and structuring of investment transactions, ensuring alignment with fund objectives.
Due Diligence & Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment for investment opportunities.
- Perform commercial, operational, and legal due diligence to assess the feasibility and risks of investments.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums and present findings to the Investment Committee.
Investment Management:
- Monitor and manage investments, working closely with management teams to drive growth, improve operational efficiencies, and optimize value.
- Implement strategic initiatives, financial restructuring, and business transformations to enhance performance.
- Track financial performance, ensuring investments align with fund objectives and risk-return expectations.
- Provide regular fund performance updates and reports to investors and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Law, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Work Experience in Audit or Legal is a plus.
Technical & Industry Expertise:
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, and risk assessment.
- In-depth understanding of investment trends, market dynamics and regulatory landscapes in Asia.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the region.
- Understanding of fund governance, compliance, and risk management best practices.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or asset management.
- Proficiency in Asian languages is an advantage, especially for engaging with a diverse investor base.
