We're hiring in Singapore.

UCEA Capital Partners is expanding its Singapore investment presence and looking for an Investment Associate who wants to own transactions end-to-end not just analyse them.

You'll work across the full private-markets lifecycle:

Origination → Due Diligence → Investment Committee → Structuring → Co-Investment → Execution → Portfolio

This is a role for someone who combines investment judgement, transaction execution and relationship-building someone comfortable assessing opportunities, challenging management teams and working with sophisticated private investors across Singapore.

• Originate private-market opportunities and assess direct/co-investment deals.
• Lead financial, commercial and strategic analysis of prospective investments.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, commercial and technical workstreams.
• Prepare high-quality Investment Committee materials.
• Challenge founders, CEOs and advisers on valuation, strategy and execution.
• Support structuring, negotiation and execution of direct investments, co-investments and SPVs.
• Manage transactions from first conversation to closing and portfolio monitoring.
• Build relationships with family offices, HNW investors and private-capital partners across the wider Singapore market.
• Participate in investor meetings, private-capital events and syndication.

You'll help build UCEA's presence in one of the world's most important private-capital markets and play a meaningful role in our Singapore growth.
